Q: What if our AEDY Program Provider or In-House program is not on the list?

A: The list of programs includes all programs which have applied to operate as AEDY. If there is a program not currently on the list to which you would like to refer students for disciplinary reasons, please refer the program to the AEDY team ASAP so we can support their application process. (See contact information on FAQ page).

Q: We added a new program site and now we are not able to submit the application. What steps do we need to take?

A: In order to submit the application, all AEDY programs must "grant access" to the sending LEA. Get in contact with the AEDY program in question to discuss this step of the process. More information on how to complete this step for AEDY programs is available on this page.

(Step 2) Select a provider from the list, then click the "Select this" button on their row on the right-hand side. If you would like to send to more than one provider, repeat this process as many times as needed.

(Step 3) See general information about the program by clicking the "View Program" button in the Action column on the right (letter A in the picture below). This will show information including the grade levels accepted, program capacity, and program contact information. You should always get in touch with the provider before sending students to their program.

(Step 4) Review the provider's application by clicking "View Application Details" in the Action column (letter B in the image above). View any part of the application by clicking "Select" in the Action column of that row. Consider reviewing Program Design, Program Academics, Teacher information (especially English Learner Teacher), and Positive Behavioral Supports before deciding to send students to a placement with the program.
