Adjust A Student's Current Grade Level
Please note that for students who are seated in AEDY across multiple grade levels, the grade level can be adjusted at any time by the sending LEA only. Follow the steps below to make this change:
(Step 1) Navigate to the student's referral by clicking the number in the box for "Referrals In Placement," then selecting "View/edit referral" for the relevant student.
(Step 2) On the Demographics page, click on the pencil icon next to the student's Current Grade level.
(Step 3) Use the dropdown menu to select the student's Current Grade level, then click Save.
